buy this basket for someone else, do you send baskets as gifts?
A: Absolutely, we
will be happy to send any basket as a gift. We can ship the merchandise
to the recipient with a brief note inside the box identifying the gift
giver. We can also include any sentiment you wish. Just let us know
what you would like to say when you place your order and we will happily place
it in the package. There is no additional fee for this service.
Q: What are your shipping and handling fees?
A: All merchandise will be shipped either UPS ground or via the US Postal
Service. Call or e-mail for a rate quote if outside of the US 48 states or if
premium shipping is desired. The standard shipping rates are as follows.

Do you offer any discounts?
A: Occasionally
we offer discounts to people who have attended our basket classes or for
special occasions. The system will ask you for the promotional code, enter it and the
appropriate discounts will automatically be applied.
Q:
Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Only if the billing address is in
Wisconsin. Since Hand-Woven baskets is located in Wisconsin, we are
required to charge sales tax on all sales in Wisconsin. The amount
of sales tax will depend on the county
varying from 5% to 5.6%.

What payment options do I have?
A: We accept the
following payment options:

CREDIT CARD. We
accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express payments. Orders
placed via credit card will be shipped as soon as the order is

MONEY ORDER. Your order is shipped as soon as the
order is completed after receipt of the Money Order.

PERSONAL CHECK. Your order is held for a minimum of 5 BUSINESS days
AFTER the check has been deposited in our bank. Business days are Monday
through Friday. NOTE: Saturday, Sunday, and all bank holidays are NOT
counted as business days.
